We have proven capability to design and construct Seaports. Our Seaport prototypes have Deep Draft that can accommodate Cape size Vessels. The Seaport terminals are Bulk, Break Bulk and Container terminals. Our Sea port construction solution comes with various capacities of Container cranes for Cargo handling for the container terminal. Stacking area is marked out for dry bulk storage. Storage tank terminals are marked out for storage of Petroleum, Oil and Gas products, with provision for pipeline transportation.
The optional scope is to Develop Power Generation, industrial park and Free trade Zones, residential and recreational facilities in the vicinity of the seaport.
Our preferred business model in this division is PPP or Joint Ventures where the partnership stake is based on equity contribution. Financing options can be by SPV, loans and Direct funding by the parties based on equity or a combination of funding sources.
